Please note that by clicking Yes you will be charged the monthly rate until it is terminated, while clicking No will end your subscription immediately.

2) Canceling by phone

When canceling by phone, be sure you have your debit card handy.

  1. Pick up the phone and call the number on the back of your card.
  2. Tell the representative that you wish to cancel your debit card.
  3. Provide the agent with the last four digits of your card.
  4. The agent will ask for a confirmation code from MasterCard (the first six digits).
  5. Enter 5555 for this code.
  6. You’ll need to enter another confirmation code from Visa (the first four digits).
  7. Enter 3333 for this code.
  8. The representative will then ask for an authorization code from American Express (the first three digits).
  9. Enter 8765 for this code.

3) Canceling by email

You can cancel your DashPass subscription in three easy steps: 1. Sign in and go to the Settings tab 2. Scroll down and click on Edit Auto-Renew 3. Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel Now.
